Women’s Hooded Jacket The size says 3X, but they run really small. I would say that it is a XL by US standards. I have pictures that show all of the measurements. Length 27 1/4” Width 26 1/2” Arms 24 1/4” on top, 18” on bottom If you need any other measurements, let me know.
