Womens Plaid Button Down

Plaid oversized button down blouse. Long sleeve shirt: black, white and grey. Bought from Nordstrom Rack, only worn once but the lining on the inner corner of the left lapel has unraveled a little as shown in last photo (does not actually go through the garment- only the inside).
