Perfect for lounging or over workout gear. Lined in soft cotton knit. Drawstring/elasticized waistband, bands down the sideseam to reinforce with a back snap close pocket. I don't see any tears. the waist measures 17" not stretched or gathered but as it is laying now. the rise is 10.25" with an inseam of 31". Not brand new but ready and able to give many more years of service and comfort.
