Women's New York & Company Blouse

Beautiful women's black & blue blouse by New York & Company. It's a size medium, is light and airy & has a tie at the waist (pic #2 shows the back of the blouse & the tie tied lol.) I would suggest wearing a tank/ camisole underneath, as it's sheer. This is such a pretty, feminine top that can be dressed up or down!
