Women's Black and White Tweed Coat

Black and white tweed coat. It’s tagged as a size 10 but does not fit like a size 10. it best fits XS/S or sizes 2-4. i normally wear a size medium in coats and long sleeves because my arms are a bit bigger (I usually wear sizes 2-4 in lululemon for extra reference) and this was tight on them. The measurements are in the photos. The inside is lined and it has pockets.
