Wolf hunting bird in Brass

Vintage brass wolf hunting the bird of prey. Base is 5 x 2 1/4 inches. This is a very heavy piece. The bird sitting on the branch is able to rotate. There are no markings but I have had it in my possession for 25 years. Good condition. I believe it is brass.
