Widow Black Velvet Shrug with Chains

Velvet shrug top with draping chains across the back, big hood and long dramatic bell sleeves. Very goth, I can see this paired well with a little black strappy dress, corset, a mallgoth outfit, maybe something a little more vampire core or victorian-adjacent. Measurements are tough with this one, but the front is open so there's plenty of wiggle room. Bought from dollskill several years back. No cigarettes in my house but I do have a cat. 030
