hugsnkisses978 Hello! So I just received the package and it appears that the dress has some sort of liquid stains that run down near each pocket side. Aside from that the dress appears to be in new condition. I was curious if there is a way I can be reimbursed for a dry cleaning charge since this was not described? Thank you!

daniellaw @hugsnkisses978 I double checked the dress for any stains/marks before packaging it and even put in the bag so it wouldn’t be damaged prior to delivery. Are you able to send me a picture to my email daniellamjen Gmail.com Also how much for reimbursement?

daniellaw @hugsnkisses978 Thanks again for letting me know about the dress. I reached out to Poshmark for the adjustment because there is no manual way for me to do it. They let me know that you have to contact them directly so they can do it for you. I’m truly sorry there were stains, this was not something that I was aware of and not something I would hide. I do want this to be a good experience for you.
