White and black SLNY dress

This cute dress from SLNY features a *deep* v neck with ruching. It has a cute black satin ribbon to tie at the waist and a white cotton skirt with black embroidered flowers on it. The skirt is fully lined with a satin underskirt that has a bit of a crinoline to it to give it more structure and a bit of a poof to it. This designer runs SMALL. It fits more like a smaller size 20 than a 22. This dress is NWOT. I never ended up wearing it.
