White and Blue Handmade Winter/Ice Princess Costume

Elegant handmade winter/ice princess costume set. Includes bouquet, headband, tulle skirt, fingerless gloves, and wide ribbon (tied as a belt). The skirt has an elastic band that gets tied (you can remove some tulle strips to make it smaller). This was worn as part of a group costume: the four seasons. I was winter! I wore it with a fluffy white shrug jacket with pom poms (not included).
