This is so beautiful. Exceptional quality, as are all of WHBM dresses. It is fully lined - The fabric is 100% silk. It has an under layer of silk in a matching fabric to the top silk chiffon. Then there is an additional layer of white lining The bust has boning to keep it's shape. There is a pair of Straps included (never used) that you can attach to the top of the dress if you want. It comes with a matching belt. (Needs cleaning) This originally sold for over $200.
