Wet Seal Tropical Floral High Low Dress

Colors are a black background with tropical flowers in yellow, peach, red and white. They have palm fronds in various shades of green. Dress has adjustable bra straps. The length measurements were taken with the straps fully let out. It is approximately 43 inches in length. This is a high low style so the back will be longer than the front.
