New in box with minor flaw. On the inner metal shade, it appears something was spilled and corroded the metal, however, on the outside, there is a small mark at the bottom that shows, but is barely noticeable. All my lighting is brand new in the box, never installed, but I still offer 100% return and refund if lights are non-functional for some reason.
