Elegant antique Wedgwood Jasperware ceramic large trinket rectangle box featuring a classic design in celadon green (sometimes referred to as sage) and cream. Design Style: The relief work is in the Neoclassical style, which was highly popular for Wedgwood's jasperware. There is a continuous band of relief around the top portion of the box of rosebuds, the lid and base contain typical Gracian scenes, sometimes referred to as "scenes from Iliad" including cherubs. Measurements: 7.25" Wide x 3.25" x 2" tall True Antique as it is missing the words "Made in England" which became legally required in 1909.
