This blousy, short sleeved dress has a flattering deep V neck and an elastic waist, with a flared out skirt that hits at the knee. Excellent condition, one small snag on front of skirt, not noticeable when worn, see picture. **Dress was professionally hemmed to fit a 5’ 4” woman, so it hits at knee length, rather than the original midi length.** Measurements: Shoulder to shoulder: 15.5” Bust: 18” Waist: 12” (elastic waist, unstretched) Length: 32” Fabric is a gauzy cotton outside, lined with a polyester-type material (care tag removed when hemmed).
