Watch with Floating Jewel

Ladies Tiffany blue colored wristwatch with red floating crystal in bezel. The watch is surrounded in rhinestones and mounted off center. It has a second hand. The strap has a center blue stripe with white on both edges. There are 8 holes for the buckle. Watchface is about 3/4". Bezel is 1 3/8". Watch is 9 1/2" long. There is a small rust spot on the underside of the buckle and on the back. Light scratches on bezel. Please see pics. NEW BATTERY INSTALLED. Very pretty nice watch.
