WHBM polka dot dress

Donating soon if it doesn't sell. Polka dot dress. Can be worn strapless or with the adjustable straps. Back smocking and side boning to keep dress up when worn strapless. I cannot find the belt that it came with but would look nice with any other belt. Bogo free when bundled-lesser item is free
