Vtg short sleeve Ina Carol dress, sz XL or 2XL, blue floral

Vintage 1970s (maybe?) floral, short sleeve, button front, with tie Ina Carol dress. This is a vintage dress and with any vtg clothing there may be condition issues. I have checked it carefully and see no stains, holes, etc. Dress is super comfy. Missing size tag, but based on measurements would best fit a modern size XL or 2XL. Belted and styled with a blazer or sweater it could probably fit a large as well. If the tie is not your style you can try tucking it in. This dress is darling in person. Such a cute floral print. Lots of different ways this can be styled to either look vintage or updated.
