Vintage early 2000s era stretch rayon black cap sleeve blouse. Unique, sheer, ribbon bow twisted around the neckline and tied off to the left. In great condition. No flaws except that the tag is very faded. Size Small. Lots of stretch. Bust 34" Length 21"
