One small loose thread under arm, see pic This is a mid-century vintage Van Raalte Opaquelon full slip in lipstick fire-engine ruby red. This bold 1950s/1960s rockabilly slip features thin, adjustable straps and a sheer floral lace chest/bodice as well as along the back and the bottom hem. Figure flattering seams along the back and the body of the slip enhance a curvy, pin-up figure. One area of loose thread under one armpit. See last photo.
