Vtg Miss Dorby Sz 8 Dress w/Attached Vest Layered Blue Floral Pleated 90s Cottag

The fabric was starting to fray a bit, so I sewed it up a little to secure it (see photo). You really don't even notice it. The rest of the dress is beautiful and flaw free. Zipper works flawlessly. Back tie is present and functional. Dress is clean and ready to join your wardrobe!
