Vtg Japanese Ornate Hand Carved Bamboo or Sandalwood Handheld Fan in Damaged Box The fan seems to be almost unused, no issues. The box was not stored well and has fallen apart. The top is glass, the box is similar to a papier mache or layored wallpaper. Most of the pieces are included and it can be reassembled. Nice find. There is no tag, no makers mark, or content material. I did some investigation, and think this is Japanese and possibly bamboo or sandalwood.
