Vintage y2k black midi length skirt, excellent condition. No flaws. It has a tie on one side that makes the waist adjustable, it’s labeled as a size L but absolutely fits between an XS-L. My measurements: 5’3 size XS 23-24 inch waist Skirt measurements: Waist laying flat: 15 inches Length: 28 inches Would best fit: 23-30 inch waist Video at the end is of it shown on me, 360 degree rotation!
