Absolutely gorgeous vintage wet seal maxi dress size large Strapless with a beaded tie around the neck There are 2 holes as pictured one near the very bottom and one around half way down the dress as the back both are pictured I have a few pictures up close and the last photo is a photo of the entire dress with the holes circled for placement
