Vintage strapless floor length dark red velvet dress with detached arm sleeves

This is an old dress never worn in good condition. This was found deep in my mother’s closet, I’m not sure when this dress was made but it seems the color of the velvet my be darker than when it was in its original condition. My assumption is that this is probably mostly due to it being stored in the closet for ages having never seen the light. All the pictures posted are the dress in it’s current condition as you can see the tags are also still attached. This may be in junior sizing as it says 3/4 but measuring the waist size with a ruler it comes out to about 21-22”
