Vintage short sleeved checked shirt from 50s. Predates fabric tags. Lightweight!

One of dad’s favorite summer shirts- imported from Switzerland is all I know about it! It feels like cotton and has some fraying on collar, around pocket, from age- this vintage shirt is 60 years old or more. (Fabric tags became law in 1961). It’s a lightweight shirt almost transparent- in those days men (and daddy certainly) wore undershirts! It is a bit “distressed” Great for hipsters, but still appropriate for work! Very cool vintage short sleeved shirt.
