Vintage sash belt scarf plaid wide woven fabric eyelash fringe turquoise white

GUC Vintage woven 1980s blue plaid eyelash fringe sash belt scarf from my family's personal collection. The Bohemian medium weight woven fabric feels like a polyester and cotton blend. It is a wide width and would be worn folded over around the waist or draped over the neck. The Boho plaid print is white, turquoise blue, and tan.
