Vintage maxi skirt S M L elastic waist handmade diy quilt 70s 80s festival y2k

True vintage quilted polyester skirt. One of a kind. Since it's handmade there is no size tag, but it would fit: Small, Medium or Large I stretched the elastic waist with a seamstress measuring tape looped around and will stretch from 26" to 36" 43" long Handmade in the 70s or 80s by some seriously amazing lady or guy. There are two small tears or stains that you can see up close in the photos I posted.
