Vintage limited stretch light weight jacket?

Classic limited store stretch jacket. Very light weight could also be used as a shirt. Small fading on shoulder but not really noticeable. The belt has some damage because of time buts it’s so long it can be cut and still fit. Size large it buttons up and has shoulder pads
