Vintage inspired polka dot swing dress

Vintage inspired polka dot swing dress, removed tags but never worn, perfect condition! Built in slip:crinoline (petty coat) that gives the skirt some volume. Not too much volume tho...really sweet dress with black sash/belt and built in bra top!!! Adjustable elastic straps.
