Vintage handmade skirt

Vintage handmade skirt with pockets! Not sure exact date but I would say the earliest it could be is late 60s (not sure) but could be as late as the 90s. This perfect baby blue with flowers and lace is perfect for a feminine look. A few loose stitches but overall in great condition with no holes or stains. No tag but I would say it would fit a XS/ S best.
