Vintage fragonard art 60's Victorian porcelain courting couple brooch pin pearls

This is signed by artist fragonatd from Italy on the porcelain piece itself, it's hidden in the art work, this is a BEAUTIFUL old vintage brooch with some wear but nothing that would keep anyone from wearing this beautiful piece, see photos, I've got close up ones as well. The spots on the back of the porcelain might come off I'm not sure, but that isn't seen when wearing. Overall beautiful vintage piece. This has teeny tiny pearls inset and none are missing.
