Hello. It is hard to tell from the photos if there is any discoloration or damage to the velvet. Are you able to post some additional photos or confirm the condition of the jacket? We are interested in buying today and would need to get it by 3/17. Also, if possible, would you consider accepting a return if it doesn't fit? Thanks!!

Ok thanks for that info. When you say "21 wide", how did you take the measurement? I'd like to know what the chest measures flat (when buttoned) from under arm to under arm. Thanks!!
