Vintage boater style ladies hat done in woven synthetic navy blue material and trimmed with a faded red rose / flower on the wide navy blue velvet hatband. The brim is wide in front - the crown is flat - there is a slim elastic chin strap to keep the hat in place on your head. Absolutely charming look - in good vintage condition with obvious age but no damage on the hat - so cute! Size: Inside hatband is about 20.5" circumference / brim is roughly 3.5" wide in front and 1.5" wide at the back / the crown of the hat is approximately 2.5" high.
