Vintage blue bell sleeve dress with lace overlay - fits like a Medium

- Fits like a medium - Light blue with ivory/cream lace overlay - Good condition Measurements (measured flat) Waist: 15" Shoulder to waist: 13.5" Armpit to armpit: 18.5" Shoulder to hem: 32" There is no content tag. Lining feels like taffeta, with a lace overlay. Inside seams look handmade with some messy thread. There are two pinholes on the inside lining from where a safety pin used to be. It's had a little bit of an "old dress" smell since I got it and I was never able to get rid of it. Not terrible, just faintly musty.
