Vintage Young Pendleton Wool Plaid Pants

Sizing - these are marked as a youth size 11/12 but vintage sizing varies quite a bit. Based on measurements these would fit a women’s XS or a 25ish waist. Please review measurements in photos. These are really beautiful and I wanted to keep them but the hips are a little too big on me and I’m a 23/24. They fit as wide leg. Great for the holidays. Very good preowned vintage condition. I believe these are 70s
