Vintage Y2K Cache Ruched Plunging Neckline Navy Mermaid Jersey Dress Size 2

Vintage Cache dress in navy stretch jersey fabric with a plunging neckline, mostly open back, mermaid silhouette, and ruching details. Size 2. Pre-loved with some defects from wear - one small area on the back where a seam started to pull apart - but it’s only on the exterior, not the lining, and I think would be a pretty easy fix - and the an area just below the bust line with runs in the fabric that I don’t believe are fixable, but you night be able to cover it in a creative way, or just wear it as is because the dress is still gorgeous despite the flaw.
