I bought this brand new forever ago and only wore it a couple of times. It's a black crushed velvet top with lace detail around the top and bottom hemline. It's a junior's size L. The chest measures about 18.5", the length is about 19" (not including the straps), and those measurements were taken while the item was laying flat. The straps are adjustable and the material is very stretchy. The crushed velvet is hard to photograph. Apologies!
