Vintage Women's Speechless Skirt Size 10.5 or medium Blue Multi-color

This is a vintage pre-owned Speechless brand skirt, size 10.5. Or medium (Please see the measurements in the pictures) The skirt features a denim waistband with velvet trim and a layered, patterned design in shades of blue, purple, and white. The outer layer is sheer, while the inner lining is solid blue. The skirt measures approximately 24 inches in length and 14 inches across the waist. It has a zipper closure at the back. There are no visible stains or tears. In excellent vintage condition
