Vintage Women's Conrad & Chandler Black Hat

Vintage Conrad & Chandler Black hat. Top is black netting with strips of shiny metallic fabric strips covering the top. Very unique. Rim is uneven due to where it has been stored. Easy to make even. No size marked, but all around inside rim is measuring about 21". Please keep in mind that this is old, has maker tag starting to unthread. May have some flaws I am not noticing. Great addition to your vintage hat collection.
