Vintage Winter Dress with Velvet Details

Cute dark grey retro longsleeve dress. I believe it is wool with black velvet collar and buttons. Shoulder pads and remaining tag seem "newer" so I think it's 80s does 40s as it is a classic vintage shape. Union made. Pockets! Details like hook and eye and snaps on inside. Lined. Some damage. Small holes all over, mostly on arms and bottom, but one on chest. See photos. Wear on velvet and inside collar. Laying flat, 18" chest (slight bat wing) and 15" waist.
