Vintage W.H. Goss Southern Belle Girl in Blue Dress Bell England‎

Up for sale is this vintage Southern Belle bell produced in England by W.H. Goss. She is wearing a blue multi-toned dress with a pink ribbon on her bonnet. Stands about 3 1/2" tall.
