This is a Villeroy & Boch crystal paperweight. It could be a sea lion or a seal. I am assuming it is a seal as he does not have ears. The bottom is marked Villeroy & Boch. Measurements - Length - 6" Width - 4 1/8" Height - 3" Condition: Pre-Owned Good in nice pre-owned condition. minimal signs of wear. tiny mark less than 1/8
