Vintage VELVET brand halter top from Anthropologie. Size M. Light Blue with orange/cream circle detail. Has cute, delicate flower on front. Double layered in the front with circle design on top and light blue tie dyed under. It was made into a halter. Pictures show where it was cut with arrow. Super cute and unique.
