Vintage Union Made USA Pleated Skirt Dress Tie Bow at Neck Sheer 10

This vintage dress is in great vintage condition. It’s only real flaw is that the original belt is missing. This is a 70s or 80s vintage dress. It is sheer material so you will likely need to wear something under it. It is a light purple, lavender, lilac color. The top has a ruffle at the neck as well as a bow that ties at the neck. The skirt is pleated. Amazingly, the elastic at the arms and waist still works. 100% polyester, Made in the USA. It is a Union Made dress—Int Ladies Garment Workers Union.
