Vintage Black Wool Western Hat With Silver Toned Rivets WPL 5923 Made in the USA Woolmark symbol WPL numbers were used until 1959. The hatband is made of grosgrain ribbon with round silver tone metal rivets attached. The brim is wired and can be worn flat brimmed, New Mexico high desert style or turned up. Inner circumference: 21” Crown height: 3.25” Brim: 3.25” This hat is in very good condition. The rivets are cloudy and have not been polished.
