Vintage Swakara Persian lamb fur coat for repair or repurposing

Unfortunately both sleeves on this coat have damage as shown. The remainder is in good condition with exception of a 2 small spots near bottom needing a small repair as shown. Bustline 32”, waist 30”, length 42”
