Vintage Sterling Silver Mexico Aztec Mayan Celestial Sun Calendar Pendant Brooch

This is a wonderful vintage 925 sterling silver Mexican Aztec or Mayan Celestial Sun Calendar pendant or brooch that is very intricately detailed. The backside is hallmarked and reads "HECHO EN MEXICO" & "STERLING 925 H. It measures 34mm. in diameter or 1.34 inches and weighs 7.8 grams. It is pictured next to a US Kennedy half dollar and is in excellent condition. It has a bail attached to the backside so you can wear it as a pendant, and also a pin attachment so it can be worn as a brooch.
