Vintage Sterling Silver Garnet Dangle Earrings - Posts with Nuts

Dating to the 1990s or so, here's a pair of Sterling Silver (hallmarked deep in the crevice at the back) dangle earrings. For pierced ears, the findings are posts with nuts (not pictured). The main piece of the earring looks like a branch and red stones tests as garnets. Length is 1-7/16"; width at the bottom teardrop is 5/16". Combined weight of the pair is 3.7 grams. The earrings were positively black when found and I must admit, I did not polish them that much. If a high shine is desired, all that's needed is a good scrub with Wrights Silver Polish (I can't recommend that polisher enough). Perfect earrings for the holiday season of the January birthday girl. NOTE: I use a mini mannekin for display. To be sure of the size of what you see on your computer screen, please read the measurements carefully in the description, take out a ruler and gauge for yourself whether the piece is right for you or not. I like to avoid disappointment when items arrive and Buyer thinks they had purchased something smaller or larger than what they thought they saw.
