Vintage Spanish Ceramic Tile Home Decor Trivet Wall Hanger 60s 70s

VTG ceramic tile made by Vitroceramica in Spain. Spanish tile with wrought iron. A lovely flower on an orange background. Two rings on the bottom that move independently of each other. The top has a smaller fixed ring to hang on a wall. The purpose of this piece is unknown. Possible a towel or pot hanger, a trivet, decorative wall hanger.
